Yisrayl Hawkins teaches on the Feast of Trumpets …
Here in Leviticus 23:23 now, if you want to turn there, that’s an easy Scripture to remember and we’ll just read a couple of verses here. But keep in mind that each one of these things is a pattern of the Kingdom, a pattern that Yahweh shows Mosheh that He [Yahweh] would follow in order to make mankind in His Image and after His Likeness.
[Yahweh gives His Plan in Genesis 1 and says, “I’m going to make mankind in My Image and they’re going to be given Authority to rule.”]
Well, he had these trumpet blowers. We find out there were seven of these trumpets or trumpeters. Now, I’ve brought most of this out before and if you didn’t get this sermon, get it and listen to it, but it’s trumpeters. Seven trumpeters would bring about this thing and it would be complete with the seventh.
But in Leviticus 23:23, He says, And Yahweh spoke to Mosheh , saying; Speak to the children of Israyl, saying; In the Seventh Moon… Seventh moon, that pictures the completeness if you remember. The number seven pictures completeness.
…the Seventh Moon on the First of the Moon, you shall have a Sabbath, a Memorial of Blowing of Trumpets; The Feast of Trumpets, a holy Convocation…
Well of course this is in celebration of the Plan, the planned Work, the planned Work that would bring about, not only a Priesthood, a Righteous Priesthood, but it’s actually going to convert the twelve tribes…
Well, anyway this is the blowing of the trumpets. It’s to keep this thought alive that Yahweh has seven Works that He’s going to perform, also shown in the Lampstand, the Seven Lamp Lampstand.
But a Lamp without a voice is not much. But here you have the trumpeters that blast out and they begin to sound and they bring forth a Message.
The message is this world is living in sin.
It’s causing death. It’s causing destruction. What you’re doing is causing these things. That’s the Message that the Savior brought.
And in verse 24, He says, Speak to the children of Israyl, saying; In the Seventh Moon of the First of the Moon, you shall have a Sabbath, a Memorial… As a reminder, a memorial is a reminder of what this does, what it’s meant for. It’s a shadow, a pattern of the Kingdom of Yahweh, a shadow of protection upon Yahweh’s People until they’re given the opportunity to learn His Way.
