Sin is With You and You Must Overcome It

The Book of Yahweh – the most accurate translation of the Bible available today – clearly identifies what “sin” is – there is no room for doubt.
Passage, side notes taken from The Book of Yahweh, The Holy Scriptures, a House of Yahweh publication

Genesis 4:6-7
6 So Yahweh said to Cain: Why are you angry? Why are you downcast?
7 If you do righteousness, will you not be accepted? And if you do not do righteousness, sin is crouching at your door. The desire to sin is with you, but you must overcome it.

Side note “m” … verse 7 … righteousness …

Hebrew yatab, meaning right or righteousness. Gesenius’ Hebrew and Chaldee Lexicon by Edward Robinson, page 396.
Yahweh created righteousness. See Deuteronomy 6:25; Isayah 41:10, 41:20, 42:6, 45:8, 45:19; Romans 10:3-4; Ephesians 4:24.

Deuteronomy 6:25

Isayah 41:10, 20
10 Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your Father. I will strengthen you; yes, I will help you; yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of My righteousness.
20 So they may see, and know, and consider, and understand together, that the hand of Yahweh has done this, and the Holy One of Israyl has created it.
Isayah 42:6
6 I, Yahweh, have called You in righteousness, and will hold Your hand; I will keep You and give You as a covenant to the people, as a light to the Gentiles; nations
Isayah 45:8, 19
8 Drop down, you heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness. Let the earth be released; let salvation spring up, and let righteousness grow together; I Yahweh, have created it.
19 I have not spoken in secret, in a dark place of the earth; I did not say to the seed of Yaaqob; Seek Me in vain. I, Yahweh, speak righteousness! I openly speak things that are right!
Romans 10:3-4
3 Since they, being ignorant of the righteousness that comes from Yahweh, and seeking to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted to Yahweh’s righteousness.

Ephesians 4:24
24 And that you put on the new man, which is being created according to Yahweh in righteousness and true holiness.

Side note “n” … verse 7 … accepted …

If you will do righteousness, you will be accepted. See Isayah 56:1-7; Acts 10:34-35; II Corinthians 5:9-10

Isayah 56:1-7
1 This is what Yahweh says; Keep the judgements, and do justly; for My salvation is near, soon, to come, and My righteousness to be revealed.
2 Blessed is the man who does this, and the son of man who lays hold on it; who keeps the Sabbaths without polluting; defiling, them; and keeps his hand from doing any evil.
3 Do not let the son of the Gentile, who has joined himself to Yahweh, speak, saying; Yahweh has utterly separated me from His people. Nor let the eunuch say; Behold, I am a dry tree.
4 For this is what Yahweh says: To the eunuchs who keep My Sabbaths, and choose those things which please Me, and hold fast to My covenant;
5 I will give to them, in My House, even within My walls, a place; ministering position with power, and a Name equal to that of sons and of daughters; I will give them the Name of The Everlasting: Yahweh; which will not be cut off.
6 Also the sons of the Gentile who join themselves to Yahweh, to serve Him, and to love the Name of Yahweh, to be His servants—everyone who keeps the Sabbaths without polluting; defiling, them and who holds fast to My covenant—
7 I will bring them to My holy mountain, and make them joyful in My House of prayer. Their burnt offerings and their sacrifices will be accepted upon My altar; for My House will be called a House of prayer for all people.
Acts 10:34-35
34 Then Kepha opened his mouth, and said; Of a truth I perceive that Yahweh is no respecter of persons;
35 But in every nation he who reverences Him, and works righteousness, is accepted by Him.
II Corinthians 5:9-10
9 Therefore we labor, that, whether in this home or out of this home, we may be accepted by Him.
10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Messiah, that each one may receive his reward according to what he has done in the body, whether righteous or evil.
